What we record, and who sees it.

cmdround watches you work with a coding agent and scores how you drove it. That means we record a lot. This page says what, why, and how to have it deleted. cmdround is run by Webinfrac Ltd, a company registered in Nigeria (RC 8861667).

Last changed 28 September 2026.

What we record

  • Your account: your name, email address and profile picture, from GitHub, from Google, or from the email you signed up with.
  • If you buy seats for a company: which pack, the price, and Creem's order number. Creem holds your card details. We never see them.
  • Your sign-in sessions: the IP address and browser each session came from.
  • Every round you take: each instruction you give the agent, each change you approve or reject, any code you type yourself, what the agent did and said, the test results, and the time of each step.
  • Page views, counted by Vercel Web Analytics, which does not use cookies.

Why

The round is the product. We keep it so we can score it, show you the replay, and show the result to a company that sent you a link. We also read rounds to check that our tasks and scoring are fair, and to fix them when they are not.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it to train AI models.

Who sees it

  • You see your own scorecard and replay.
  • If you took a round from a company's link, that company gets the scorecard and the replay for every round you took from it.
  • Anyone holding a share link for one scorecard can open that scorecard and its replay. We make these links for the company that sent the round, and we can withdraw one at any time.
  • Webinfrac Ltd can see every round, to run the service and answer questions about it.

How you are scored

A fixed set of rules reads your round and produces the score. No AI model judges you, and the same round always gets the same score. The company that sent you the link decides what to do with it. We do not make hiring decisions. The rules are public.

Where it goes

These companies handle your data for us, and only to run cmdround:

  • Vercel runs the website, in Frankfurt.
  • Neon stores the database, in London.
  • Render runs the round server, in Frankfurt.
  • E2B runs the sandbox your round's code runs in.
  • Anthropic runs the model behind the agent. Your instructions and the task's code are sent to it during the round.
  • GitHub signs you in, if you choose GitHub.
  • Google signs you in, if you choose Google.
  • Creem takes payment for seat packs, and sends the receipt.
  • Resend sends the sign-in email, if you choose email.

The round runs on our model key. The key stays on our server and never enters the sandbox.

How long we keep it

We keep your account and your rounds until you ask us to delete them. When you ask, we delete your account, your rounds and your replays within 30 days, and we tell you when it is done. A company that already has your scorecard may have saved its own copy, and we cannot delete that.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it.
