The rules for using cmdround.
cmdround gives you a real codebase, a coding agent and a clock, and scores how you drove the agent. It is run by Webinfrac Ltd, a company registered in Nigeria (RC 8861667). It is in a pilot, so it will change. By signing in you agree to these rules.
Last changed 28 September 2026.
Your account
- One person per account. Do not share it, and do not take a round for someone else.
- Each account gets a small number of practice rounds. A round from a company's link does not use them up.
- You can ask us to delete your account at any time. The privacy page says how.
Taking a round
- Do the round yourself, with the agent we give you. Help from another person is not allowed.
- Do not publish the tasks, the hidden checks or answers to them. Other candidates take the same tasks.
- Do not try to break out of the sandbox, reach our servers, or attack the service in any way.
We can close an account that breaks these rules.
Rounds from a company
When a company sends you a link, it gets the scorecard and the replay of every round you take from that link. The company decides what to do with the result. We do not make hiring decisions, and a score is not a recommendation to hire or reject anyone. Here is how the score is worked out.
We ask every company that sends links to use the scorecard as one input among others, and not to share a candidate's replay beyond the people hiring for the role.
Paying, for companies
- Companies buy seats in packs: 10 seats for $49, 30 seats for $119, or 100 seats for $299. Each pack is one payment in US dollars, not a subscription.
- Creem (creem.io) sells the pack to you on our behalf. It takes the payment, sends the receipt and handles the tax. Your card statement names Creem.
- A seat is used when a candidate starts their first round on one of your assessments. Inviting someone does not use a seat, and one candidate uses one seat however many tasks the assessment has.
- Seats last a year from the day you buy the pack.
- All payments are final. We do not give refunds, including for seats you do not use.
When something breaks
The service is offered as it is. Rounds can fail, the sandbox can stop, and the service can be down. If a round breaks on our side, tell us and we will look into it. We cannot promise a retake. We are not liable for a hiring decision made with or without a scorecard.
What belongs to whom
The tasks, the scoring rules and the service belong to cmdround. What you type in a round is yours, and you let us keep it, score it and show it as the privacy page describes.
Changes
We will change these rules as the pilot grows. When we do, the date at the top changes.
